Question:
Any natural home remedies that helps reduce swelling in nose?

I am 31 weeks pregnant, and my nose is swollen shut on one side almost on the other. I am limited to what I can take, so nothing is really helping, and I am miserable. If I could reduce the swelling, it would help alot.

Anybody know any natural home remedies for reducing the swelling in your nose??

Answer: Eucalyptus oil can help. drug stores usually carry it. put a few drops on a Kleenex and pin to your shirt.sounds stupid but cut about 1/4 inch by 2 inch long orange peel bend in half with the orange side out and place into the nose.The orange oil from the peel opens the passage ways.A mild solution of salt water can also remove an irritant causing the problem.there are other essential oils that work, but not sure how they will react on pregnant woman.
