What are the possible side effects of a cpap machine? Does anyone know any natural cures for sleep Apnea/?

Answer: The machine is noisy -- it might effect anyone sleeping with you. I found the mask itself to be very uncomfortable and that prevented me from sleeping until I got used to it.The only issues I know of with CPAP machines are the noise, some condensation of the air line going to the mask, and the comfort of the mask itself. The only "natural cure" I am aware of is to lose weight, and that may or may not work.
