Any home remedies for cold sores in the mouth????????

i have a really big cold sore in my mouth for the past week i cant eat it hurts so much help me please

Answer: Salt water is good, also a friend of mine used to get the Vitamin E gel capsules, poke a small hole in them and rub the liquid onto the sore.You could gargle warm water with alot of salt in it to make it heal faster. Do it 4-5 times a day. Or you could go to your local pharmacy and buy something to make them go away.
