What is the best/economic way to train to be a life coach?

I would like to add life coaching to my holistic/energy healing practice. Would like to train as a life coach, but want to get my monies worth. Most programs just seem like over-priced fluff! Ideas anyone?

Answer: Watch "Starting Over" where there are like 5 or 6 life coaches floating around.

You can call yourself a life coach with your holistic practice.
