Natural heartburn cures?

does anyone know of a natural no meds cure for heartburn/gurd . ive tried apple cider vinager its nasty!its actually more of acid reflux i get a little dizzy / harder to breath and lately its ben like someone is presing on my throat a little its a little harder to swallow

Answer: I was bothered for years with this before (finally!) finding a cure. GNC carries something called "MAXMatch". It's derived from the dengyata tree, specific to southern Africa. A bottle of 30 capsules will cost you about $5. Works like a charm!Weirdly enough sprite and not diet and yes there is a difference. Drink a can of sprite slowly and this will make you burp which helps relieve the pain for heart burn or indegestion dont ask me why it helps but it does. hope this helps and give it a try
