Answer: A quick one? Ttake a cold cloth and put it either on your forhead or on the back of your neck. Get someone to massage the back of your nexk, right where the bottom of your skull is. Drink lots of water. Sleep. Turn off lights. Get away from the computer.For something to help over time...start taking b-complex vitamins. Many say that just B-6 will do, but B6 works better when all the other B's are in your system.I hope your head feels better soon.take a bath,dring a cup of tea or coffee n relax .
