Recovering from flu I need a home remedy to releave cold off my chest, also to lessing the headache. Sign show reoccuring symptoms in my body. Trying to get better soon. I saw a doctor and they gave me some antiboitic not working to well. I need the cold in my chest to come up and out.

Answer: what my parents always do to me is. get a towel and put alcohol all over the towel and rub the body down and then wrap yourself into a blanket and just lay down, and rest for about 2-3 hours...
