Camiolle tea eveyrnight helps and tofu in your diet helps tremendously, but only if one cuts downon rad meat. Tofu has alot of estrogen in it, and can be easily disguised assalad dresssings, in stews and soups and when frozen, then thawed - used likeground meat in pasta sauce
Answer: Tofu and other soyfoods are high in phytoestrogens, which are plantestrogens with a much weaker effect than human estrogen. Thesephytoestrogens have the ability to bind to estrogen receptor sites inthe body; in doing this, they block the (more potent) human estrogensfrom binding. Another thing to keep in mind is that a high fiber diet also reduces theamount of estrogen circulating in your body. Fiber binds with estrogenin the digestive tract, so that it (the estrogen) can be eliminatedright away. Without enough fiber, estrogen goes through what's called a"second pass": It goes from the gut to the liver to be processed beforebeing eliminated. Obviously, it's best to get rid of estrogen as quicklyas possible!
