Answer: I am pleased that you believe yourself to have been cured of your cancerbut your diatribe does neither your manners nor your intelligence anycredit. On the topic of stupidity, of which you have accused all but thosewho agree with you; I would count it as fairly unintelligent to assume thatseveral months of treatment had no effect on your cancer while 4 days ofherbal preparation gave a *miracle cure*.

Since most patients who have an excellent response to conventionaltherapy take some time to respond I would be pretty certain that your *cure*owes more to the medical treatment you received than to your herbaltreatment. Claims for alternative therapies are full of anecdotal accountsof patients who have received extensive conventional therapy and trivialexposure to *alternative* therapy and yet who insist on crediting the*alternative* treatment with any cure. Oddly enough??? one hears few or noaccounts of people with PROVEN malignant disease who have elected to receiveNO conventional therapy and who have been *cured* by alternative approaches.I certainly would be appalled if anyone I knew and cared about contemplatedreceiving alternative therapy for proven malignant disease rather thanconventional therapy. There may be a case for some forms of *complementary*treatment offering benefits when used in parallel with conventional therapy;I have an open mind on this topic.
